Wearing the right sports bra will be the difference between a good workout and great workout. It’s all about finding the perfect fit.
So how do you find your perfect fit? First, it has to do with a lot more than just your cup size. The three key factors to consider are FIT, FUNCTION and of course FASHION.
A sports bra should be slightly tighter then a normal bra to provide maximum support. For larger busted ladies it’s important to choose a bra with good cleavage cover.
What kind of activities you do will determine whether you need a high impact or a low impact sports bra. Low impact activities include; walking, yoga, weight training and pilates. High impact sports bra’s are designed to “hold you in” and provides support across your back, bust and neck. If you are a larger busted lady always opt for high impact no matter the activity.
The best part, who doesn’t want to feel fab while they are working out? Shortlist an option of sports bra’s depending on fit and function first and then look for a bra that catches your eye and makes you feel amazing.
Staying healthy and fit plays a huge part in my life. As most may already know I’ve been a model for 7 years and if you follow me on Instagram or snapchat you’ll also know that I adore food! I gave up on the idea of depriving myself of life’s delicious treats years again and opted to follow a balanced lifestyle of exercising regularly so that I can eat regularly.
I’ve tried countless sporting and training activities over the years and have finally found the perfect combo for my body. Yoga + boxing + lots of walking and hiking. I train about 4-5 times a week (two high impact sessions and 3-4 low impact sessions per week) so having the perfect workout gear is essential to me, particularly the right sports bra. My two favourite’s are adidas’ Supernova graphic bra and the Supernova X bra.
THE ADIDAS SUPERNOVA GRAPHIC BRA:
With ventilated climacool® that keeps you cool and dry while training this bra is a favourite of mine during heated yoga classes. With an elastic bottom band and cross-strap back for high support no matter your movement. The best part? It’s made in a more sustainable way by using recycled polyester and decreasing production emissions.
THE ADIDAS SUPERNOVA X BRA:
With it’s scoop neck and a cross-strap back it makes the perfect high impact sport’s bra. I love running and boxing in this bra as it provides the upmost comfort whilst training as it’s made with a soft, stretchy jersey like material.

So if you haven’t been totally consumed by New York Fashion Week via social media just yet and you don’t know about Alaxander Wang’s latest collaboration you need to.

The collection consists of unisex pieces that range between $80-$200 and consists of 84 pieces. The collection launched yesterday in NY at various pop up locations.
Not in New York? No stress! Next spring the complete adidas Originals by Alexander Wang collection will be sold at adidas Originals and Alexander Wang stores, online stores and select retailers.
I’ve got my eyes on all things velvet… sigh.

Japanese womenswear label, HYKE, have once again teamed up with adidas Originals and designed a collection that makes my heart pound. It’s no secret that I’m obsessed with simple and clean aesthetics and that’s exactly what the new adidas Originals by HYKE SS16 collection is all about.
The collection focused on a colour palette of navy and white all while keeping in line a clean and collected range with authentic sportswear elements. Fashionable minimalism.
Favourite piece of the collection? The ultra white high top Stan Smiths! As far as shoes are concerned there’s nothing that gets me more excited then a pair of fresh white sneakers. (I currently own 11 pairs!) I’ve officially labeled this sneaker as the must have shoe for 2016. Also the socks – insert emoji with heart eyes – #JustSaying.
