The Gherkin

August 26, 2015

So I decided to move my ticket back home to Cape Town a little earlier simply because I’m missing the comforts of my home and hometown way too much! There’s one problem though… I seemed to have accumulated additional luggage i.e shopping… like a lot… like I always do… and yet I never seem to learn. Does anyone else have this problem when they travel?

On another note I have a huge financial management exam in November and this subject is definitely getting the better of me. So if any of my dearest readers know of a great financial tutor located in Cape Town, please hook a blogger up.

Enough babbling let’s talk about this look which is one of my favourite outfits at the moment. I’m all for classic items not only because they timeless but simply because you can easily mix and match them with other items in your wardrobe. However this time around I decided to opt for a more modern approach when choosing my classic items, a.k.a ripped skinny jeans and an oversized white shirt. This COS shirt is an absolute gem, wear it hanging loose with a pair of skinny jeans (like I’ve done in this post) or team it with a high waisted skirt, tucked in for a completely different feel.
